The hotel was a peaceful and quiet retreat for the whole week I stayed, despite some issues with the room. The old grease smell was a drawback, but considering the price, it was acceptable.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival, and I was told to come back after 1 pm. Despite that, it offered an excellent peace and quiet atmosphere throughout my stay, though there was a noticeable smell of old grease. For the price, though, it was still a decent deal.

The service was exceptionally nice, especially the front desk attendant whose name I regret not getting. The staff seemed genuinely happy and were efficient in dealing with traffic and other customer needs. The only downside was some confusion with laundry service.

The hotel's location was superb, not too expensive, with friendly and helpful staff. It was conveniently close to the cruise port, shopping areas, and restaurants, offering great accessibility to various amenities. However, there were some issues with scheduling Shuttle pickup from the airport.
